Tour Plan
Upon arrival in Materuni Village, you will be warmly welcomed by our local team and transferred to Materuni Homes for check-in. After settling in, begin your experience with a guided walk through the lush village landscape to the beautiful Materuni Waterfall, where you will enjoy the scenery, fresh mountain air, and an opportunity for photos.
After the waterfall visit, continue with the famous Materuni Coffee Tour, where you will learn the traditional Chagga coffee-making process from bean to cup, with a chance to roast, grind, and taste your own fresh organic coffee.
A delicious hot local lunch will be served during the day. In the evening, return to Materuni Homes for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a full cultural exploration of Materuni Village. The day includes a guided village walk with visits to: The local primary school to interact with the community and learn about village education. Local churches and their history within the Chagga community, Traditional local bars to experience the social side of village life, A demonstration of how local banana beer is traditionally prepared. Visits to local family homes for an authentic insight into daily Chagga lifestyle, cooking, farming, and traditions. This day offers a wonderful chance to connect deeply with the local people and understand the rich culture of Materuni. Later in the afternoon, return to Materuni Homes for dinner and overnight.
